The Arizona Cardinals are bringing two players who had no real other choice but to come back. While they non-tendered tight end Travis Vokolek, one of their exclusive rights free agents, they did tender two.
According to Over the Cap, they are bringing back kicker Joshua Karty and defensive lineman P.J. Mustipher. Their qualifying tender will pay them almost $1.1 million in salary in 2026. Karty will be a restricted free agent in 2027. Mustipher will still be an exclusive rights free agent one more time.

Mustipher spent 2024 on the Cardinals' practice squad and made the final roster last year. He played in 15 games and had 32 tackles, a tackle for loss and a tipped pass. He returns as defensive line depth.
