Despite Prince Andrew still denying claims that he had relations with a minor and settling the case out of court, he was stripped of his titles and privileges on 30 October 2025. Now, he is being forced to relocate from his residence in Royal Lodge, Windsor, and there is informed speculation as to where he will be living next.

The Sun has reported extensive work being done on Marsh Farm, a residence on the Sandringham Estate. It is suspected that this location, significantly more modest than the Royal Lodge, is where Prince Andrew will be spending his foreseeable future as a disgraced ex-royal.

In 2022, Prince Andrew came under scrutiny when Virginia Giuffre came forward claiming that she had been trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and subjected to sexual assault by the royal. He vehemently denied all charges, and the case was settled out of court only months later. He has continued to deny all allegations.

However, this disgraced the royal family, and the scandal resulted in King Charles stripping Andrew of his royal titles. With this, Andrew also lost all his privileges. Consequently, he surrendered his residence in the 30-room Royal Lodge, in which he had been living with his ex-wife. He has been forced to make a significant downgrade.

There has been speculation as to where the former royal will continue to live. However, after The Sun noted significant renovation work being done to Marsh Farm, this location has been pinned as the most likely spot for his new home. According to the outlet, there is extensive work needed before it is fit for use.

A source, speaking to the outlet, said: "The snow or rain hasn’t delayed the work on Marsh Farm, but it still needs a lot of attention to make it habitable." It had been out of use for several years after the previous tenant, a farmer, had died. Now, it is being made fit for a disgraced prince once more.

Former Prince Andrew did not give up his lease on the Royal Lodge without a fight. According to The Sun, he demanded two homes in return for giving up his 'cast-iron' lease on the Windsor mansion. One of the properties he requested was the former residence of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

However, now, Marsh Farm is being prepared for residency, and the grounds are filled with workers. Among other things, a six-foot wooden fence has been erected around the grounds. This is intended to maintain the safety of the disgraced Andrew, but it will also serve to keep any wandering children from the property.
