Houston Texans two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Nico Collins is currently in concussion protocol and in real danger of missing Sunday's divisional playoff game against the New England Patriots.
Collins was carted off the football field on Monday after suffering a head injury in the wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was the wideout's second concussion this season, and it could sideline him for the team's biggest game of the year.

I mean, to clear protocol in six days, you don't ordinarily see it. I think it would be an upset if he played on Sunday. I'm not expecting it."
As for the Patriots, they had some concerns of their own with Pro Bowl cornerback Christian Gonzalez also in concussion protocol. However, the star defensive back practiced in a red jersey on Wednesday, signaling that he is far along in the protocol and much more likely to play in Sunday's game.
